You will benefit not just from gaining wisdom about your business, but also the businesses you interact with and serving your customer base. Using the word-pictures of biology and bodies, many concepts become clear and understandable. 
If Dr. Konovalov does not write more books, hold seminars or start consulting, the world of business will be the poorer for the lack.
